TOA Yoga, Pilates and Meditation In Studio and Outdoors

The studio is an intimate and peaceful studio located in Shell Cove. At the Studio we offer yoga, pilates and iRest meditation along with regular workshops. Our instructors are qualified, welcoming and friendly. We cater to all levels of experience. Embrace the experience of our outdoor yoga classes at the beautiful Killalea State Park (locally known as ‘The Farm’).

Yoga means union and when it is practiced outdoors it seems like the union with nature, humanity and the universe is truly felt.

Start the day with an earth grounding, outdoor morning flow yoga. Expand your energy by breathing in the fresh salty sea air while gazing at the water to still your mind.

Amanda Howe, author of ‘KNOW YOUR FLOW’ and naturopath will share her inspirational knowledge on ACHIEVING A BALANCE OF HEALTHY MIND, BODY & SOUL through nutrition, intelligent movement, breathing & meditation.

Learn ‘THE FIVE TIBETANS’ or ‘FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH’ – a simple, energising 10 minute daily yogic practice to increase strength, flexibility & sharpen the mind.

The breath – or ‘PRANA LIFE ENERGY’ is important in our yoga practice & life in general. Tanya will teach you breathing techniques that will help you to relax on the spot. When we breathe well, we live well 🙂

Time for lunch. Explore the many hip little cafes around Kiama or bring a packed lunch & sit down on the grass looking over the harbour.

International song writer Katchina ‘PARVATI DURGA’ & Swedish yoga teacher & multi talented musician Sofia ‘PILA’ will awaken your senses & ignite your spirit!
This exciting session is powerful & will bring you to a state of bliss & tranquility, while combining yoga moves with singing & chants. ‘DEVI SOUNDS’ explore the use of movement, breath, sound & awareness to liberate energy & expand consciousness.

To finish off the day we dive into a gorgeous yoga nidra meditation that will leave you with a feeling of peace & stillness deep into your very being.

Through the day Alana Bunt from ‘ALANA BELL MASSAGE’ will be moving around the room and spoiling you with a lovely hand & arm massage.

Tanya returned to Australia to follow her dream of opening her own yoga and pilates studio on the South Coast of NSW. Her down to earth, unique teaching style which focuses on building a strong foundation in both mind and body has created a strong following within the community.
